Not sure about these

These sheets are very thick and heavy. I was hoping for softer. Maybe that’s normal for 1000 thread count. The box arrived completely destroyed. I’m going to try them. They were on sale

Not quite right, nice packaging

I was very excited about these sheets. The packaging was lovely. Unfortunately, the fitted sheet didn’t fit. Thanks to Macy’s for a painless return.

Bad online call representative DEJ

Terrible online service. I never received my online order. 3/30/25 around 6:30 pm I called the 800# The call center customer service "DEJ" was clueless first she couldn't verify information then said I could reorder at a higher price. I asked several times for a supervisor & the representative "DEJ" taunted me and would not transfer me to a supervisor. I was so upset raised my voice, apologized then ended the call. She knew she did wrong! I was ready to cut up my Palatium Macy's card but I called back talked Alexandrea who was helpful/kind and transferred me to a supervisor Jamie who was excellent. DEJ needs training!!!

Great quality

I don’t typically write reviews, though I read (and rely on) them. I’m making this exception because these sheets are of such good quality hard to find nowadays at a price that’s affordable. From the packaging (deluxe) to the mid-weight perfection, I love everything about them. None of that slick sateen finish that I don’t care for. Crisp and smooth and was well. Five stars.

Poor quality

The sheets started pilling after just two washes. They were nice and soft for the first use, but sense haven't been so comfortable. I don't believe these are real Egyptian cotton.

Very disappointing

We were excited to receive what we thought from the description and reviews would be some of the best sheets we have ever purchased. When they arrived the box smelled awful - very much like vomit - but there were no visible signs of exposure to something foul. We immediately moved the box out of the house and washed them. The smell is gone, but they are not at all soft like we expected for 1000 thread count - feels like sleeping on a paper bag.
