It was great until now it is not working

My son purchased this product for me a year and a half ago. Just yesterday it started flashing an F and after resetting many times it is not corrected. Apparently it is a coil issue and no replacements available. Very disappointing as this product gave me pain relief after medical procedures I have every eight weeks.

Comfort and Deep Soothing for the Soul

This heating pad is so comforting. I have honestly gifted it to about 10 of my friends. All of them have equally adored it. I use it every night to heat my bed when the weather is cold.

The Best!!!

Love it. Ordered another because mine broke after 5 plus years of daily use. Will order another if anything happens to this one. Gets nice n hot n more importantly does not smell after time or stain at all!!! Size gets my entire back all in one sitting. I love it. Inadvertently pass out on it daily!

Product is well made with good features. What I do not like is the one side completely covered with caution and washing information. This wording is all in the booklet. #1 it defaces the product. #2 it's overkill. If you listed one or two things, maybe people would pay attention to it. When you list 12, it's too much. No one is going to read all that. I hope it will wash off
