Not hot enough

It does not get hot enough when you don’t have a blanket over it or you aren’t lying on it. So if lying across abdomen alone it doesn’t really help.

It could be better.

I would have preferred for the item to be larger and the temperature to be higher. The quality of the material and its parts are great. I just wish it was made for my body.

Needs better instructions!

I got the “F” flashing also, but after reading comments, it says to make sure cord is attached to pad before connecting to electricity. That fixed it. I suggest that you write in BIG letters on the pad to connect in this order. It may eliminate some of your complaints.

I got the dreaded "F" for failure. Had about one year. This is the second one I've had. Had the first one replaced, since it was under warranty. Would like to have one that lasts longer than a year. Will buy a different brand.

This heating pad I purchased last year, will not heat, and flashes a "F" indicator. It does not work as intended. I'm elderly, and use a heating pad for pain relief. Please advise...Thanks so much.
