Doesn’t even turn on

I just got this as an early birthday present and I doesn’t even turn on. Not sure what to do as I do not know where it was purchased!

Just didn’t get warm enough

I’ve tried 2 of these. The original one never got warm enough even on high. The company sent a replacement and it’s no better. A pair of socks will keep your feet just as warm. My wife has chronic pain and needs something more than this.

Phenomenal

My wife received this for Christmas, and she is a huge fan. The material is extremely soft, and "I didn't know how cold my feet were until they were warm." this is a phenomenal product
