Absolutely awful heating pad and doesn't work
Absolutely awful! I bought the Ultra Wide Micro plush heating pad. Basically, no heat even on setting 6. I did a reset and nothing changed. I returned this one and bought another. This one doesn't work as well. The connection is stuck so far in until I can't get this out to try a reset. I am so unbelievably and incredibly disappointed for having to return the second time. I have very bad ," spinal stenosis and I really needed a heating pad tonight. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Doesn’t work on first use.
Kept this in the top of my closet for whenever I may need it. First time I pulled it out- flashing red light and wouldn’t heat. Googled to find this site to see what I was doing wrong— turns out that light means it doesn’t work. Super fun. Of course I can’t return it because I’ve had it too long at this point.

The heating pad of my dreams.
I first bought the XL Pure Hearing Pad a few years ago and was blown away by its lush feel, its generous size, how pliable it is and its six settings. After decades of thin plastics heating pads I was sold! I have three at home that I use every winter. One in my bed, one in my comfy chair, and one at my kitchen chair for breakfast. I also give them to friends and family who are ill or in need of a little pampering.

no lasting power
When I bought this product, I put it in the linen closet to use when the old one, which I had for years, stopped working. When that happened, I began using this heating pad. It lasted no more than 2 months until the red light came up. It no longer functions.

Tried and True
I bought this to replace the exact same one that I had and loved for years. I unfortunately fried it while traveling using a faulty voltage converter, and I didn't even think about looking for a different one. Definitely a trusted favorite.

Disappointed.
I bought this heating pad a few months ago and everything was going great until I kept getting the bright red flashing light. It would not heat up at all, very disappointed considering this is an expensive heating pad that helps with my cramps.

Pure Enrichment heating pad failure.
Used this a few times then put away because after every use I had to unplug all pieces to reset it. Sometimes this had to be done several times for the power to work. After putting it away for months I used a much cheaper heating pad, then I attempted to use it again. Nothing but a red blinking high heat light. Complete waste of money.
