short battery life

I do like the heating pad but the battery dies way to fast and it is a pain to get it into it's little pocket

neck and shoulder warmer

I ordered it for my girlfriend and she seems to enjoy it. I got it so she could wear it outside when we walk, but she's been wearing it inside the house as well, Time will tell if it was a good choice.

Defective on arrival & insufficient packaging

Defective on arrival & insufficient packaging. Apparently this situation is common, but they don’t use appropriate protection for the product. We will how the replacement process goes, but I’m already regretting the purchase.

This was delivered about ten days ago. It recharged just once. Since then, it refuses to hold the charge the moment it's unplugged. Without the heat, it's just a weighted pad.

Heating Pads

The heating pad worked as expected, however, for me, it was a little too big and heavy due to the weights. I had it on for about 45 minutes and then the battery pack needed recharging. Also, it didn’t seem to heat up enough for me, even on the warmest setting. I like to have my heating pad on the whole time I’m sitting watching tv or reading. That may be two or three hours. So, this product just would not work for me. I do have the Pure Relief flat heating pad and have used it for years. I love it! I can use it for hours and the temperature is perfect. I’ll just keep using it for my neck and shoulders and return the new product.
