Oil Diffuser stopped working after a few months

Beautiful, I just wished it would last a bit longer. Salt lamp works, but the Oil Diffuser stopped working after a few months.

It was amazing, but now having malfunctions.

I received this as a gift 5 months ago, and it’s beginning to leak water underneath. I loved it when it was working well. It helped with my healing journey & I enjoyed the different settings for the lights. I see a few reviews reporting the same issue. That’s unfortunate! I will attempt to contact customer service for assistance with a possible replacement. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend if they haven’t fixed the issue that some of us are experiencing - in my case, in such short time since the purchase.

Exceptional company!

I purchased this lovely little lamp not long ago and discovered it had stopped working and developed a slow leak. I messaged the company and they were wonderful and send me a total replacement. I am so happy as I love this lamp and it gives me peace and comfort using it. I would highly recommend it and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you.

Nice Lamp But Stopped Working.

I got this lamp as a birthday gift a couple of years ago. I bought it for healing purposes. It worked ok but did have issues with leaking out water out of the bottom. I needed a towel underneath the lamp to not ruin my dresser. I like the ambiance it creates. It stopped working after about two years. I will accept a replacement.

One of my Greatest Purchases

I love this 2 in 1 salt lamp diffuser. The multiple settings allows me to pick how bright the salt lamp light while diffusing my favorite essential oil. I use it everyday!

Best Customer Service

Bought this lamp from Macys as a birthday gift. After a month and a half the lamp stopped working. I called customer service to get technical support to see if we could get the lamp working again and was offered a replacement without hesitation. Customer support was the best, we did not need to figure out a troubleshooting solution headache, but was instead offered peace of mind.

Brightens my room and day!

I got the lamp as a gift from my aunt for my birthday because she knew I always wanted one. It's exactly what I expected and I love it. It has different lighting settings to fit your mood and I leave it on throughout the night as a night light too. I'm very happy with my birthday gift.
