Leak prone, short lifespan.

I purchased this product over two years ago. I do not use it often. I always use distilled water. The unit is now leaking all over the floor anytime I turn it on.

Best Thing Ever!

Nicer than I expected. Unexpected surprise is that I can steam clean my shower (which is huge) and clean my windows with the squeegy. Steam cleaned my entire house is a fraction of the time that I usually mop the floors. And my floors have NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN! I just love it!

Water tank won’t open

The water tank won’t open , tried everything to try to open it and nothing seems to work , the cap pushes down and turns but there is no way to get it open. I’m frustrated
