BAD Macy's Customer Service n Quality Control!

order# 2930432222. We recently bought a pair of shoes from Macy's online for our child, who absolutely loved them. However, after just a few months of wear, she started complaining about foot pain. We examined the shoes closely and were shocked to discover that the soles on the right and left shoes were completely different! We immediately contacted Macy's customer service, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, we were met with rude and dismissive behavior. They flatly refused to support us, claiming that since the purchase was over a month ago, it was beyond the return period. We weren't even asking for a return, just an acknowledgment of the issue and replacement with matching soles only. It’s incredibly disappointing that a store with Macy's reputation would handle a clear quality control issue this way. This isn't just about a faulty product—it's about the principle and how customers are treated when problems arise. Macy's reputation is on the line, and it seems they don't care!
