DO NOT BUY

Item arrived via UPS with missing items! So disappointing, what a waste of time waiting on package. It only came with the bottom seat, 2 arm rests and the seat adjuster. No backseat, no wheels at the bottom. Soooo upsetting. Although there were no reviews, I bought this product trusting Macy's but it was the wrong decision.
