Beautiful “QUALITY”

Solid wood USB ports on bed as well as nightstand Chester drawers, beautiful the entire set is beautiful. It’s refreshing to have real wood in today’s assembly world.

Awful Do Not Buy

The bed frame just broke and macys will not replace it! I only had it for 15 months. This customer service and company is terrible. Do not buy!!

Beautiful set

The delivery team was great, and the set looks beautiful in the bedroom. We ordered a queen bed, two nightstands, two stools, and the Chester drawer. We haven’t had any issues with the drawers opening and closing as mentioned in other reviews. Our only issue was with Macy’s financing- their customer service is horrible.

Bed broke, Macy's no follow up

Ordered online. Paid for them to put it together. Broke after a few months. They came and fixed it, I understood it had to be replaced. it broke again. sitting on hold again. Poor service. Maybe someone will help me if they see this review.

Absolutely Awful Experience

I ordered this (just the bed) from an associate. They brought the wrong footboard? So they could not put it together. They sent someone to fix it a week later and they did not fix it and then TWO WEEKS LATER was the fastest they said they could get me the right piece. Well, they brought the wrong piece AGAIN. I have been sleeping on my floor for weeks and they did not care. I am upset because I really wanted the bed but I do not trust this company at all anymore so I will not be trying again.

Nice looking, TERRIBLE structure

Good looking frame, easy enough to assemble, but the middle is supported only by a handful of 1”- 1 1/4” diameter spindles. If you don’t sit into bed extremely slow, these spindles move and twist, and even in the middle of the night , if you toss and turn, they move very easily on hard floors (not sure for carpet) This issue has woken us up and we’ve had to knock them straight because otherwise the bed gets a massive dip in the middle. This should really be sent back to the drawing board and FIXED!! I will have to create a full length horizontal support that screws into the uprights to keep them all in line. So much money for a terribly designed bed frame.

Great little bench!

This bench is as described: Lovely solid driftwood tone wood legs. Sturdy greige colored fabric cushion. I'm very happy with the Provence bench for my little entryway.
