Macy’s shipped returned damaged products

Imagine my surprise when I found a drone that was on sale and in my price range! Imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to find a very used and damaged drone had been returned to the store and then shipped out to me, an unsuspecting online customer. I’m old enough to remember when the names Sharper Image and Macy’s meant quality. Lately, I haven’t been seeing that out of Macy’s. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online and have been given extremely used products that were returned to the store.
