This simple, lightweight workout accessory wraps easily around standard Olympic bars, and barbells to make heavy lifting more comfortable. Featuring an additional flap with Velcro, it slips on and off quickly and closes securely around bars so it stays in place and won t pull apart like many basic bar pads. Dense 1.25" foam supports your neck, traps and upper back so you can focus on building strength in your legs and glutes. It also works great to protect your hips so you can perform heavy barbell hip thrusts without having to wrap a thick towel or cumbersome exercise mat around the bar. Excellent addition to workout equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a thicker barbell pad due to the bruising I would get using the smith machine. Others that I had did not fit the bar at Planet Fitness. This one is very cushioned and fits around the PF bar perfectly. I've since been able to squat more weight while using this pad. Highly recommend.

lift right

73yrs. old still active at gym 3days a week the pad helps save my neck area so I can do my squads with more weight with ease thanks for a great product works very well and a nice price too
