Versatile Use

Great Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a maceball before so there was a bit of a learning curve to it. However, wow. Does this add some game changing workout moves to your routine. I love the extension it gives to my back. It has a great grip for my sweaty hands and the grip itself gives me hands a mild strengthen also with the moves. Recommend for any home gym enthusiasts

My new favorite fitness tool

It’s 10 pounds, so it’s perfect resistance for building, lean muscle and shutting the pound even faster. I also like that it forces me to maintain my balance and pay attention to following through fully with my movement. I have already raved about it to my friends and next I will be adding this to my social media to demonstrate different exercises you can do with it. Fun way to workout!

This thing is no joke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beings my medieval mace swinging fantasies to life! I would suggest looking up a tutorial on how to use it as I didn’t have a clue. You’ll also want to make sure you either have high ceilings or do it outside because there’s a lot of reach to the bar. It’s a great workout though and the 10 pounds feels a lot heavier when you’re swinging it around. Overall, it’s fun, different, and works on both strength and cardio so I’m very happy to have added this into my routine.
