Very comfortable for neck and shoulders

I have fibromyalgia. It took me years to find correct pillow for my neck, I bought ProSleep Cool Comfort Memory Foam Gusseted Bed Pillowand it's great. I have no complains and also sleeping well.

Rejected return /exchange

The memory foam pillow we bought at Macys did not work for us, even that pillow as a good quality, so we brought it to the Macys foe the exchange. Macys employees rejected exchange because the box, where that pillow was sealed was destroyed and disposed. We paid for the second pillow and simply lost the money, which we paid for the first one. I wouldn't recommend my friends to shop at Macys.

Decent, but not supportive

This pillow was okay, decent quality. Not very supportive. Head sinks in low. We are looking for a firmer pillow and found the Hotel Collection from Macy's, which is a dream pillow. This pillow is not.

The contour pillow is so thin and not supportive. Had high hopes, but this pillow wasn't it!
