Way too high

The pillow quality is fine but way too high for my neck. I wished there are different height we could choose from. Also the pillow is very light, moves around unless it’s against the headboard.

Too soft

I used to have a contour pillow that worked well for me. Unfortunately, it's no longer available, so I've been searching for a new pillow. This one will do for now, but it's too soft. I'm concerned that it isn't holding my neck straight enough because my neck keeps hurting in the morning. I have a long neck, so it might work fine for others.
