Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories.

Good treadmill for price but too many features that we don't use and there is no pause capability, so if you get disturbed (door bell, phone call etc. ) you have to start from scratch as the electronics only retain your information (distance, time etc. ) until you restart your exercise and then automatically reset to zero (time, distance, speed, incline)

I purchased this product on March 15th and it stopped working can't take it back and can't call in because you need the piece off near the motor can't believe I'm out 600. 00

Nice but heavy and squeaky

We put this together and man, be ready to break to be in pain. Not only that but it squeaks. Sometimes it will be for the entire run. Other than that it’s great One down side if I am on it and I go to the restroom and pause it, it resets how far I’ve gone.

Died after 1 year

This treadmill quit working after one year. The control board and motor. It cost more to replace these parts than buy a new treadmill. We reached out to warranty service- they were not helpful because the one year warranty was up

Great Treadmill

I was looking for a treadmill that was basic, yet realizable and the ProForm Carbon TL was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend to everyone especially if you’re trying to add on to your home gym, this is a great price for all you get!
