Broke on first slice

On the first slice the pop up spring failed. Returned toaster and will buy a different brand.

The perfect stain-steel contemporary toaster

We needed a stainless steel toaster that handles bagels. This toaster was on sale and had the perfect size, control buttons, and contemporary looks we desired. Works and looks perfectly with the other stainless-steel appliances in our kitchen.

Extremely…

Absolutely horrible customer service on line. Too much time to get someone, and after calling twice, morning and evening, two people reassured me the product was cancelled. It was not and got shipped to a wrong address. Very annoying and unhelpful costumer service. Toaster is ok

Everyone in my house is eating toast! We really like this toaster and hope it lasts forever. It toasts evenly on both sides, pops up well, and there's a good range of light to dark. Highly recommend.
