Product does not work

I tried small cans, medium sized cans and large cans. It was unable to open any of them. Waste of money. Customer service is not helpful either.

only worked 8 months and it was not abused

I looked for warranty information prior to purchase. It said to contact Macys.. I assumed it meant if the product was defective. It did happen to be defective or only made to last 8 months. Macys was not interested in helping me. I’m extremely disappointed in Macys.
