Would love to review this item but missing parts

The box was damaged by the carrier missing the blades so it’s incomplete can’t use it. It’s hard to buy online because the ups drives don’t deliver your items they either steal parts or they don’t deliver them. Macy needs to find a better carrier company

Mini Size

Such a surprise and not in a good way. The box arrived mangled which is not terrible for me as long as the product is ok. My surprise came when I saw the size of the beaters!!! Compare them with the size of the dollar bill - they won't mix anything without breaking or burning out the motor. Come on now. Who is this company trying to fool??? As if the busted up box wasn't insult to customer service enough!! When are you companies going to learn to provide the customer with quality service and quality goods? We will pay and not return if this is the stand protocol
