Its ugly and uncomfortable don’t buy it!!!

This is the worst mattress that ever I bought it came a bad shape it’s smash and continue like that, please don’t buy it! Bad quality honestly I expect more of this store!

Mattress

Mattress isn't what it showed in pictures got this on Feb 29 the sides are at a slant still the pillows that came with it are extremely flat definitely does not look or feel like 12 inch Mattress this is the first time shopping with Macy's very disappointing

worst mattress

I got thus due to my back hurting. this is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. my whole body hurts. I'm beyond upset!!!

Super comfy

I love my new mattress! When my son lays down for a nap, he says "I love this new bed" The corners weren't perfect so I used the pillows that came with the mattress and tucked them under the corners between the bed and voila! I recommend 👌

Horrible Bed

We received our new mattress and was very worried when we saw the delivery guys pull out a box. A mattress in a box, just didn't seem right. We opened the box and cut the wrapping and lay out the bed. It was very weird, as the bed folded out, but the sides didn't. We tried flipping it many times and still didn't change anything. After reading other reviews, we waited a few days to see if the sides would pop out, but they didn't. We have had the bed now for 3 weeks and the sides still haven't come out. The bed itself in the middle is comfortable, however the side never inflated, so it sags on all corners and sides. I guess you get what you pay for.

This not a mattress. Big lumps all over. I will not recommend it 😭😭😭. Waste of money

You get what you pay for

We bought this mattress bectit was sold at what was advertised as a significant discount. It's a very hot mattress, making it impossible to get comfortable. The edges still haven't fully inflated after nearly two weeks. It doesn't feel like a lot of support. I would never purchase this mattress or a "hybrid" mattress ever again.
