Thought it was me

Husband and I purchased this bed for guest to use instead of an air mattress. One side keeps falling down. I thought we assembled it wrong. I'm even more disappointed to find out it wasn't us.

NOT STURDY AT ALL

Unfortunately, these items collapsed when my 7 year and 10 year old laid on them. I could not believe it. They are NOT sturdy at all. I had to request to return them to the store.

Not a good bed

Very poorly made. May be for a child but not for teen or adult. Very disappointed

Unsatisfactory

It would be better if the bed had been delivered with all the parts included. It is missing two skinny bars that attach to the foldable legs, that keep it from falling. It is also missing the wheels that makes it a rollaway bed. When trying to call and inquire about it, we are only placed on hold. The wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. So far not pleased with the Primo International folding for bed. Hopefully it will be fixed.
