eeeeeeerrYYYESSSSSSSSS

This thing is ridiculous awesome! I'm approaching seventy years of age, not the frail type as misfortune can go. The point is that NEVER in my life, until I put this thing to use, NEVER had a head of lettuce stayed fresh this long! For the price of a head of lettuce, if you can get two salads out of it many people figure they at least got their money's worth had they instead bought a salad at a diner or restaurant. I don't always get around to perishables in time before I finally get to them only to find garbage fodder instead of lunch. But THIS. I actually had a head of lettuce I bought eight days ago and it's fresh as EVER. Granted I rinsed it with water the day before, but I am eating a salad right now, eight days after purchase and there's STILL life left in the remaining lettuce. The lid can be a little challenge to remove, but I highly recommend this anyway. Awesome. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
