Should have been packaged better

I am not happy with the packaging that it was in sent in and the craftsman ship of the back paneling. It did not contain paint in the crease and when assembled you can see the crease very clearly. Unfortunately, the corner of the backing was damaged upon arrival and there was no way for me to hide this during assembly. With the extra cost for shipping, the extra time it took to arrive and the time it took to assemble, it is not feasible to try to return the product. I just wish there would have been better attention to the way it was packaged so this would not have occurred.

Disappointed

Came with missing parts that I didn’t realize until it was more than halfway assembled. Also it’s particle board, not cut pieces of wood. Much cheaper looking and feeling than we’d hoped from the pics online.

Furniture bypass Quality Control.

I'm so dissatisfied with this purchased. I have ordered one like this before and was very happy. It was what I needed for my living room. This bookcase did not meet my expectation. The cabinet doors left a gap which looked really bad. A shelf was not painted in white so you see the raw color. Not worth the money I paid.
