Mason jar arrived broken and shattered glass

Not sure if this was not packed well enough, but kind of a bummer. The filter and lid are fine, and I have a 32 oz mason jar already, so I think it should still work fine using that, but it is pretty disappointing. It would be nice if there was a cheaper option to just purchase the filter and lid, since a mason jar is pretty easy to come by.

Cute compact but not easy to use

Too much trouble to open lid, hard to see the oz. need open space above machine to open lid, can’t keep under kitchen cabinets…will return. Didn’t even try to use it.
