I excitedly purchased 2 of these items online only to have 2 separate orders cancelled within hours of ordering as Macy’s stated the items were out of stock even though the item was still listed as being available to purchase online at the time of my order cancellations. Customer service placed a reorder for me a few days later after they verified the item to be in stock, unfortunately what I received was in a torn up box, with a dirty garment wadded up and stuffed into its box instead of being folded, and it had scotch tape on it. I had to return. Very disappointing! I have purchased one of these wraps in the past, the pink shade, and I was hoping to purchase another 2 wraps as gifts. I do recommend this product if you can successfully order it. These wraps are lightweight, soft, cozy and warm. A great wrap to snuggle up in at home, on the patio, camping, or for car trips. Easy to care for, machine wash and dry.

Macys stole my items
I returned this item in January and I have yet to receive any refunds and anyone I have spoken with has not been helpful do not return items via mail if you want a refund! Thieves
