Fabulous!
We used this during the recent cold snap. It was fabulous. We left the control on one and it was so nice and cozy to get into a warm bed! Just enough!

Slick top
I like the electric mattress pad as it gives even heat from head to toe. I don’t like the slick top of the pad as it seems to cause my sheets to bunch a bit.

Misleading advertising
It says “cooling” all over the place and everywhere and even the lying picture shows a cooling zone. Nope, it’s just a “cool touch fabric” - whatever that might mean. Don’t be fooled like I was, it’s a regular heating pad. It’s soft and cozy, with timer to switch off, which is great.

Title: Decent but Could Be Better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cool Touch Heated Mattress Pad has some nice features, but it falls short in a few areas. On the plus side, it heats up quickly and provides even warmth across the mattress, which is great on cold nights. The material feels soft, and the dual controls are convenient for sharing the bed. However, the “cool touch” feature doesn’t really stand out—I didn’t notice any significant cooling effect when the heat was off. Also, the cords are a bit bulky and awkward to manage, and the pad tends to shift around slightly under the fitted sheet. For the price, I expected a bit more durability and functionality. It’s okay, but not exceptional.

The best invention for better sleep!
I never thought that I could have a heated mattress pad! I like it better than a heated blanket.

Sleeping on Ice
The top layer of this mattress pad is to be cool to the touch. I thought this would be great for my husband who often is very hot while sleeping when I am chilled. However the top layer of the pad is very slick and silk-like that my sheets slide across the pad like I’m sleeping on ice. As my husband rolls over in bed, because of the slickness of the pad, the sheet moves right along with him and actually pulls me with him as he moves. Once lying on the pad, the cool sensation dissipates as your body temperature heats it up. I would not recommend this product if you are expecting it to keep you cool. We are hoping flannel sheets stay in place while moving in bed and keep me from feeling like I’m sleeping on slippery ice.
