This product advertises the pad is Cooling ALSO. IT DOES NOT COOL as this is just another heating pad. The fabric it is made of is Cool to the touch but if you are laying on it, it warms up with your body temperature. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!

We certainly understand your disappointment and frustration when a product is advertised as having a "Cooling ALSO" feature, but instead functions primarily as "just another heating pad." It is very misleading when the only "cooling" aspect is the initial "Cool to the touch" fabric that then warms up to your body temperature.
We sincerely apologize that the product did not deliver the dual-temperature functionality you expected. We understand why you feel this constitutes "FALSE ADVERTISING," and we regret that this important feature failed to perform as described.
Happy and Warm in northern Indiana
We recently moved from southern NM back to northern Indiana. These mattress warmers are wonderful. We have a split king so I bought 2 XL twin size and seriously they are everything we could have asked for. They heat quickly and stay warm all night. Multi heat settings and on & off switch, simple to use. If you’re cold this winter, try these, I think you’ll be happy AND warm in bed.

Works too well!
The mattress pad is comfortable underneath. We cannot feel wires or anything. It works VERY well. Even on low it is pretty warm. We cant imagine going up another level! It also has a warming setting that warms up for an hour them shuts off. That is ice

Sending these back! The material is so slick, sheets won't stay put and the lowest heat setting is much too hot to be comfortable.

Not as described/pictured
I was excited to receive this but when I pulled out the controllers I was so disappointed!! The pictured controllers have an option to set a timer. The ones shipped in my order were very basic on/off and temp NO timer!!! Something else that disappointed me was that it required 2 separate plug ins! I will return this as the controllers were NOT as shown and the need for two outlets doesn’t work for our power access in our room. This was not mentioned in any of the details. I don’t not recommended as it is not as pictured, or even the same as others I’ve seen in the reviews.
