Customer Service is a Nightmare

Called multiple times regarding delays and finally after receiving product realized problems from manufacture quality. Calls made to customer service were never properly handled

Customer service nightmare

I ordered these from Macys and received a pair of Tiffany sunglasses instead. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label and ordered a new pair for me. The second pair were incorrect as well! They were black with silver detail instead of the gold detail as listed online. They refused my claim to return them! I will never order from Macy’s again. What a terrible policy when they sent me the wrong pair TWICE.

Prada glasses with polarization

A stylish and well fitting set of glasses. Nice frame size and doesn’t block peripheral view when driving. The polarization seems good. Pleased with purchase.

Elegant pair of sunglasses

These are classic and sophisticated sunglasses. I prefer the darkened lenses that these Prada's offer. They are not gawdy whatsoever, with a small Prada label on the arms, with a splash of gold metal at the upper corner where arms meet the lenses. The frames are a slender tortoise color.
