Never received them

I never received the bowls I ordered. I submitted two claims stating that I never received the bowls and was denied a refund or reshipment. Terrible customer service! It is NOT acceptable to order a product, pay for it, and not receive the product or a refund! I will no longer be shopping at Macy's.

Husband approved!

Best noodle bowl ever! My husband is very picky with his noodle bowl and been using his old one for many years! Now I can change his noodle bowl with bit of style!
