Huge Disappointment - Shorts Have Not Arrived

Eight days ago I paid for 2-day shipping and still haven’t received them. They didn’t make it for Easter so when they do arrive I no longer need them. When I checked tracking five days after I ordered them, UPS hadn’t received the package from Macys yet. Two days later the Macys chat bot was not helpful at all. The second part of my order arrived in time, so my son and daughter received their matching polo outfits in time, but the baby did not.
