Nice sweater, buy one size up

I believe this sweater is under-rated. It’s wool/cashmere blend so, yes, it’s going to be light weight. The benefit to the material and weight is that it’s warm and not bulky which means that you can also layer this without the bulk of a cotton cable design. This is wool and more of a modern fit, so it’s tighter. I’m a loose XL with Ralph Lauren and needed the XXL. The XL is fitted on me and I need a little space from the XXL. I’m 5”10 210 lbs. This is NOT the RL cotton cable knit sweater sizing. I would never machine dry this. Hang dry., it’s a wool blend. I would hand wash or steam wash or dry clean since it’s wool. Wash separate, and individual. Reduce friction on wool as much as possible. Love the warmth and light weight design for California winters. Layers very well.

Good Fit

I really like the sweater, that it is both light and suitable for the milder winters in Florida. It is comfortable and practical for the cooler but not freezing temperatures that Florida experiences during winter.

Nice but s little scratchy

Fabric is a little scratchy which is uncharacteristic for Ralph Lauren. Still, it’s a great sweater for casual looks.

Quality Not To Expectations

I purchased this sweater for my husband for Christmas. He wore once pulled the sweater out last week to wear again and the weave has pulled apart leaving holes in many places. For a Ralph Lauren piece I would not expect the quality to be this poor. Return date is 1-31-25 but still taking this back to Macys.
