Great Looking Sweater

Great looking sweater, very comfortable

Great, but also disappointed.

On style this is a great vintage looking sweater, already a lot of compliments. But on quality it’s only ok. After 3 wearings the navy wool is pilling all over the yellow oars and maroon RL letters, always needing a cleanup. Was expecting better.

Questionable quality

This cotton cardigan pills a lot. Not the quality I would expect from RL and glad I purchased it on sale. I wish I had returned it but foolishly thought that hand washing cold per the label instruction would help remove all the fuzz that got on my white dress shirt. Washing it just made it worse. The pilling got all over the yellow oars and burgundy lettering. Even when unwashed the fabric looks old due to the noticeable pilling. If you plan to keep it, I recommend dry cleaning it and not getting it wet. I usually wear a Small in sweaters but with it being a heavy cotton, I got an XS since I don’t plan on wearing it buttoned.
