Disappointing

Pants run way too large, especially for a slim cut. Unfortunately, when I tried to exchange for my correct size, Macys would not honor the sale price of the pants when I purchased them, but rather chose to lose a sale for requiring full price on the exchange. Size down a couple of inches in waste and length if decide to purchase.

Wrong item shipped

I did not receive the item I ordered. I got a green Van Heusen shirt instead of the Ralph Lauren pants I ordered and paid for. The package did not include any paperwork (order confirmation, shipped goods, etc) just a shirt instead of pants. Had to wait for the remainder of my order to come before I could tell which item was mistakenly swapped for the green shirt.
