UPS is bringing your business down

Product was great. However, I really think you should consider a different carrier for shipping. I paid express and it took longer than if I would have done ground. I won't ever purchase online again just because you use UPS

Pictures do not match item.

These sneakers are advertised to be lined with leather and are supposed to have leather insoles but they are lined with fabric and insoles are rubber and fabric. Ordered twice and both times they came like that.

Shoes never received!

I never received this package as well as another and got no assistance whatsoever trying to recover a reason why or let alone where my packages went.!
