Shame on Macy's

The shirt is lovely as i expected but shame on Macy's for shipping it in the condition it arrived in. The sleeves were rolled up and the shirt was badly wrinkled. It was a new shirt. I needed it and so i had to launder it before i could think of using it.

Here’s a more polished and professional version of your statement: I’m very disappointed to receive a shirt that appears to be used—the sleeves were rolled up and there were no tags attached. This is not the level of quality I expect from Macy’s. I will be reconsidering future purchases.
