Easy to exchange.

The jacket looks good and fits just right. I admit I had to order three to get the one with the best fit. Exchanges were quick and easy. I was very happy with the service.

The Gorham Down Jacket

This is a most comforting, insulating and gratifying down jacket that I truly enjoy wearing during the cold and winter season. Polo Coats Rock

very good product.

Product is really good, lightweight and warm. However, small feathers coming out from multiple stitches. I am not sure if this is a quality issue. Also feels like not gonna last long. We’ll have to see.

Down covered my clothes

Down came out from 2nd day . Covers my shirt . Warm but everyone at work was plucking feathers from nevwhen I wore this !
