Bad experience

After more than two weeks I still have not received my order. When I called Macy’s to follow up, it was difficult to get in touch with a human being. The AI chat bot was not helpful and very annoying. Now I am being asked to complete a survey before I have received the merchandise. I like Macy’s as a company but this experience has been very disappointing.
