Runs long

Beautiful pants, I normally wear a 30" inseam, these are about 2" too long. Macy's doesn't have a 28" inseam so I'm returning them.

Exchange process

I had to come back to the store to exchange pants that I purchased before. I needed waist size bigger for my husband. Sales person helped me courteously and efficiently by setting up delivery to my home. My new pants came within a couple days. It was fast, pleasant and excellent service!
