FRAUDULENT REFUND!!

This item, a Christmas gift never made it to my son. No gift receipt was printed at the time of the original transaction. At my son’s apt bldg they have a service called FETCH located at a separate address & ALL packages are sent there in order to reduce theft from right in front of the residents doors. FETCH notifies a resident they’ve received a package & they must go to this separate facility & pick up their package, in order to have the pkg turned over to said resident ID must be shown & they must sign for the item. That document w/signature is kept on file & it’s sent to the person via email or text. My son got a msg saying had another pkg he went to FETCH & was informed “WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PACKAGES FOR YOU” the thieves then sent a msg to him w/a blank form that did not contain his signature it was blank.I called Macys cust serv each reps I spoke w/ALL LIED to me abt random stuff job titles duties they were or weren’t unable to do also some info on my acct wasn’t my business!

Didn't meet my expectations; probably fake.

I purchased this belt a week ago after seeing the images and reading the description. It came in an ordinary cheap box. Sadly, when I opened the box, I immediately could tell it was not leather as described. The belt springs back in position when folded, indicating a plastic layer. It smells like faux leather, and the colors are far dimmer than the images on the website. The imprint is a plastic imprint barely recognizable. I returned it the next day. It also says: Made in Guatemala?
