Not my favorites

The boots are nicely made and the quality seems good. I don't care for the thick leather laces or the way another piece of leather lacing adorns the sides of the boot. Someone said they look like moccasins. I pulled out those pieces of shoelace on the sides (they are not part of the main laces) for a cleaner look; it's an improvement. I will probably replace the leather laces with something more traditional to further get away from the moccasin look. The body of the boot is soft and doesn't feel like it's supporting my ankle area. So, I don't like these as much as I'd hoped, but they are okay.

Torn and Scuffed

I received my package in a reasonable amount of time. I opened the box, to then, see a scuff mark on the right boot. The left boot was in plastic but the right boot seemed to be a semi-used display item as it had the scuff mark. Beautiful shoe, well designed, but scuffed.
