I am disappointed with my recent purchase of a Polo hoodie. Typically, Polo delivers high-quality items with excellent packaging, but this time, they failed to meet those standards. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that this item was sourced from a third party. Unfortunately, this affected both the quality and presentation of the product upon delivery. Macy’s should be more cautious about working with third-party suppliers, as customers trust the brand to uphold the quality and experience associated with the Polo name. I hope Macy’s addresses this issue to ensure better quality control in the future.
