Macys you can't be this incompetent

1st of all, Macys sent me the wrong bear sweater! Instead of receiving the bear with the dogs sled, they shipped me the Peaky Blinders bear sweater with a tag that's half torn off and the price tag torn off which I don't even think it's the original tags for the sweater! There's hair and lint all over it... Is this how they sell expensive sweaters at Macys now???

I never received the sweater the delivery company macys hired to drop of my 500 dollar 💵 sweater left it outside on the curb I watch a wo.en and young child boy make off with me and my wife's Macy's boxes they refunded her fully but I had to call my credit card company to get a refund thank God I used a credit card for the purchase they sent me an email that I was not eligible for a refund after it never crossed my door threshold. you guy are not in the best interest of your customers 🙄

Excellent experience

The process of purchasing on line was fast and clear, no problems at all. I choose to pick up in a store (Rodeo Drive) and I felt very well treated, I dare to say that it was a superior experience. Thank you so much.

Item without tags and in poor condition

Was really upset to receive this item with a bunch of lint and animal fur and no tags… was shipped separately from rest of my order and clearly came from a store. That aside… what is going on…. The markups on everything is insane considering the severe decline in quality. It shows so clearly and we are all fully aware.

Poor Quality for Price

Horrible quality for the price. After only a few wears and instructional cleaning, the knit is showing signs of stretching. This has been the pattern with RL’s more recent sweater lines.
