Poor Online Delivery Management

It's been 10 days since ordering this item through Macy's online, and still no shipping date available. I live in the suburbs of Atlanta, not too far from a Macy's Logistics center. Not sure why delivery or simply an estimated date for delivery would be difficult to obtain. I ordered a similar item from Belk and received within 3 days of my order!

SUPER CUTE AND GREAT QUALITY

Super cute sweater!!! I’m a female, 5’3 and 125 lbs (chest 36C). The XS fit very nice. Not too tight and not to loose. Fits a tiny bit smaller than a big boy’s XL Ralph Lauren polo bear sweater.
