Terrible product!!

Wow, I’ve been a Polo guy my entire life as long as I’ve been buying myself clothes! Ordered this Jacket around Black Friday last year 11/23 and never wore it until recently. The quality is terrible. Both sleeves feel empty like they have little to no filling in most areas. I can touch my fingers together through the jacket in some areas of the sleeves. So much for a $200 jacket. This has turned me off a bit from Polo! And I can’t even figure out if a return is available a few months later because it’s not showing a previous order in my account settings.

Poor Quality

I purchased two coats for myself, one black the other green. They looked and fit as described. Unfortunately, I had to return both for faulty zippers. The zippers on the right side (packable) pockets continuously got stuck and ultimately broke.

A gift that was appreciated

We gave this jacket to my husband for Christmas. It fit perfectly and is very attractive. He really likes it. Well made, warmth plus light weight fabric are great combinations.
