Nice sweater, bad delivery

Requested a larger size at the store. They ordered it, and it arrived home - the same size from the original. Had to drive back to store (50 miles round trip) to get refund there.

Great Quality, Too Big!

I usually wear a large Polo tops, shrink in the dryer till it fits perfect. Dried on high six times, still fits like an XL (baggy). Otherwise the quality is top-notch!

Damaged sweater

I bought this Ralph Lauren Polo sweater online for a meeting I was attending and did it online which I never do with clothes. I had the sweater in the plastic bag it was received and not until I showed up my meeting that one of colleagues pointed out that it had a cut in the sweater like a knife sliced into it. To be candid I was thoroughly embarrassed to be wearing the sweater with the slice/hole in it. Because I checked out of the hotel and had thrown away the tag and receipt as I didnt think I needed them I believe I have no recourse on a $90 sweater. I like the look and feel but can no longer wear it.

Bought in navy color for a gift. Soft, lightweight fabric which means it can be worn into the spring. Sophisticated look. Fit is spot on.
