Shoulders too narrow

This jacket is made of beautiful leather. The hardware is heavy metal. But the cut of the jacket across the shoulders is too narrow. My husband could not cross his arms even though the jacket fit him everywhere else.

Mea Culpa to Ralph Lauren

It’s blasphemous to give one star to a RL product of any kind,it is a Five Star house. I’m sorry to use this rating as a vehicle to tell Macy’s what a horrible nightmare it was to purchase two jackets on line, to receive the wrong size, to return and receive the replacement in an a severally damaged condition. The packaging of these very expensive leather items amounted to folding the jacket and force fit it into a plastic type envelope. Although Macy’s provides us with outstanding values at affordable prices, they should pay some attention to shipments.
