PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES!!!!

This year Macy's has had a huge problem with shipping on any item I purchased.My family has been loyal customers since 2006 & after recent pandemic,Macy's customer service has been terrible & now Macy's is adding late/missing orders to their list of bad customer performance! Macy's will list 2-3 days for deliveries on most of their items & 4-5 days for some items!! But they never tell you exactly when you will receive anything you order! Macy's is quick to point fingers at shipper, but , I believe that if you make a deal with Macy's to purchase an item on their website; it is Macy's responsibility to ensure that the terms of the shipping process are met! As a customer; I do not have to call FEDEX, UPS, USPS or any other shipping company to find out when I will receive my order. Macy's does not seem to understand that it is their responsibility to deliver the item & to check with the shipping company when they fail to deliver on time!! BE CAREFUL WITH MACYS SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very soft fleece hoodie

The softest fleece I've had. Instinctively just want to reach for this when it gets chilly. Like a nice cozy blanket! Fits great in your regular size but can size down for a more fitted look. At 6ft 195 I usually wear RL large which fit well but returned this for the medium and am very happy.
