Perfect colors with 3 elegant badges

This is a beautiful warm and attractive beanie cap. Beanie patch hat looks exactly as pictured with no flaws in badges or material. Excellent choice that is worth the price.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

As soon as I got home; I noticed that 2 of the badges on the hat were falling off ! I immediately called Macy's customer service & had to wait on hold for over 40 minutes to chat with a Macy's. representative ! When Rep picked up; I explained to her about my issue with the hat. She put me on hold for 12 minutes; no one came to the phone ! I called Macy's again & this time I waited 22 min. Again, I explained everything to the Macy's rep & she told me to take it back to store & exchange it for another hat ! I called store because it was an hour & 40 min. from my home & inquired about the hat; sales rep told me that they were out of the hat but I could call Macy's customer service & they should be able to help me! This Polo Ralph Lauren hat was poorly made & workmanship is not what it used to be! There were several threads hanging out of the inside of the hat & it looked like it was about to come apart!!! I do not recommend Macy's customer service and I do not recommend this hat!!!!
