Like my Polo jacket

Dissatisfied experience with a salesperson

I bought the Pili Ralph Lauren Men’s Double-Knit Track Jacket as a gift for my dad. I loved this set, but I needed to exchange it because I originally bought a size L and wanted a size M instead. I was able to exchange the jacket for a size M at Macy’s in Palo Alto, but they told me that the truck pants in size M were not available. So, I went to Macy’s at Westfield Valley Fair to check if they had the right size. Fortunately, I found the pants in size M, but they were on a mannequin. I asked a salesperson if I could purchase them, but she was very rude and unfriendly. She insisted that she couldn’t give me the pants because they were on display. I then asked to speak with her manager. The manager was very friendly and helped me by removing the pants from the mannequin so that I could purchase them. In the end, I was able to buy the set in the right size, but I was very disappointed with the salesperson, whose name was Ailma.
